لكنه اكد انه «يوجد قوانين حول العمل تخصص بعض الوظائف للمواطنين واخرى لغيرالمواطنين» في بلدان عديدة، وهذه التدابير ستتم «مناقشتها» و»ابلاغها» الى الشركات لاحقا.
