Thebasisoflocal,regional,andglobalcompetitionhasch anged.Nowadays,itisnolongeraracebetweenbusinessesi nrelationtootherbusinesses,butratherthecompetition betweensupplychains.Therefore,companiesmovetomanag esupplychaincollaborationinwhichthereistheparticip ationofmanyfirms,includingsuppliers,manufacturers, transporters,intermediaries,takinguponeorsomeworkp hrase(suchasmarketing,logistic,finance…)andcollabo ratingtoachievecompetitiveadvantage.Thus,supplycha incollaborationisbecomingessentialstrategyforanysu ccessfulbusiness.Yetobstacles(suchasdistinctivelev elsgoals,differencesinculture……)tosupplychaincolla borationarepersistent.
QUESTION
