1.TMA Topic overview: Strategic Analysis for an Institution/Organization
ï‚§Theessenceofstrategicmanagementisthestudyofwhys omefirmsoutperformothers.Managersneedtoknowhowtoco mpeteandsecureacompetitiveadvantageoveralengthyper iodoftimeandtopracticeseveralstrategictoolsandmode lsareused.Howusefulthesestrategictoolsandmodelsinh elpingdecision-makersatorganizationstomakeabetterdecisionisanotew orthyquestionforinvestigation.
2.TMA Requirements/Components
ï‚§ ThisTMAisateambasedassignmentanditaccountsfor20%of thetotalgradeassignedtothecourse.Eachteamshouldcon sistbetween2-3students.TMA paper should beuploaded to the LMS by the team leader only .Thisisaveryimportantrequirementinordertoavoidsimi larities.Thenamesofalltheteammembersshouldbewritte nonthePt#3form,includingthenameoftheteamleader.All teammemberswillreceivethesamemarkontheTMA.Itishigh lyimportantthatstudentsarerequiredtousethePt#3form providedontheLMSforthisspecificTMA.
